At Enesco Gift Shop, we want you to be delighted with your home decor and collectibles. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original Enesco branded packaging and protective wrap to ensure they remain safe during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
